Ordering is easy and can be done by completing and returning the Order Form available on our website www.citygardens.ch or by :

We use the following procedure to despatch your goods to you:

1. You order the goods you want using the Order Form on the website
2. We confirm your order within 24 hours and then the total price of goods
3. You make your payment to us
4. We despatch your goods, once payment is received
5. You receive your goods by registered post

IMPORTANT:
All goods must be paid for before despatch.
Prices shown do not include postage, packing and transport. This is extra.

We only deliver goods in Switzerland.

 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


How to Pay

To ensure prompt delivery of your goods, payment must be made in full before despatch. Your order is acknowledged within 24 hours. When we receive your order we will then confirm the total cost of your order, including postage and packing and/or transport, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You should make your payment to us in Swiss francs, ONLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE OUR CONFIRMATION OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE ORDER. Please make sure your payment includes the cost of postage and packing and transport! Goods cannot be despatched until the full amount for the goods you have ordered and cost of despatch has been received.

Payment may be made by, using the City Gardens® bank payment slip or a General Post Office Payment (PPT Einzahlungsschein) slip, or
electronic Bank Transfer

Payment should be made to: City Gardens® Landscaping and Garden Design, Account Nr. 230-536984.M2W, UBS AG, Branch 5734 Reinach, Aargau.

 

Prices

The price of an item is displayed in Swiss francs, excluding VAT, postage & packing, transport and delivery costs beside the related item in the website catalogue. Please note the cost of postage & packing, transport and delivery is extra. The total price of an order, including postage and packaging and transport, if applicable, is quoted once we receive your order, where known.

Where a product is custom-made or specially ordered for you, and the exact cost of transport not known at the time of order, an estimate will be given and it will be agreed with you in writing that any outstanding payment will be made by you in full before despatch of the goods. Since we import direct from suppliers, products prices are based on foreign exchange rates and may be subject to fluctuation. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the prices shown, City Gardens® reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time.

 

Postage & Packaging

Goods are usually sent to you by registered post via the Swiss Postal Service. The cost of this is based on standard postal charges determined by the weight of your parcel, plus the cost of registered mail. There may be an extra charge for heavier or more bulky items. Delivery of heavy items such as plants and pots to your door is subject to a nominal charge for transport. The total price is quoted when we confirm your order.

Delivery & Delivery Charges

We only deliver products from the City Gardens® Collection in Switzerland.

We aim to deliver your purchase, subject to availability, within 3-10 days of receiving your order. The actual delivery date is, however, subject to stock and type and volume of goods ordered and may, therefore, vary for some items. Some items are custom made according to your order, therefore, delivery time is subject to this.

Delivery of plants and pots to your door is subject to a nominal charge for transport. You will be notified of the delivery charge when we confirm your order.

If you require delivery of goods to another address, please provide full details. Someone must be available at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods received. If goods are returned to us we pass the charge onto you!

Quality Guarantee

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with the quality of your purchase. All our products are produced to the standards set by our selected suppliers. Where suppliers offer a product guarantee, we pass this on to you. We take great care to ensure they are carefully packed. City Gardens® cannot, however, be responsible for the actual quality of the goods or the condition they arrive in. If, some reason, you are dissatisfied with the goods you receive, please call us immediately and return the goods within 24-hours, stating your complaint in writing, with the original packaging, to receive a refund for the cost of the goods. Postal or delivery charges for returned goods cannot be refunded. Refunds for goods will only be made at our discretion and only if you call us immediately upon delivery and inspection. We are unable to offer a refund for used or damaged goods or goods that are not returned to us with the period stated in our Terms and Conditions.
